Someone help!!!

There was this bunch of fruit I found and the tasted really really good. Nothing happened when I ate the first three but the last one turned me blue!

What do I do? How do I get back to normal?

There's nothing to do... except watch this box thing. It has moving pictures and thats only fun for a little while...
